Shipping Policy
Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $100. For orders of $100 or under, a flat shipping rate of $10.00 will apply.
At Salty Days, we use Australia Post for all deliveries. If no one will be home during business hours, we recommend providing a work address for delivery. Please note that parcels cannot be left unattended for security reasons.
Delivery Times:
- Allow normal postage times for delivery, which can take up to 5-10 business days (most deliveries take 2-4 days).
- We aim to dispatch most orders within one business day, assuming all items are in stock. For items not in stock, we will dispatch them as quickly as possible thereafter.
- You will be notified via email if there are any delays in fulfilling your order.
Please note, that order processing and delivery times may vary during peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and other public holidays.
Delivery Recommendations:
- We recommend allowing 7 days for delivery within standard areas and up to 14 days for remote areas.
- During busy periods like Christmas/New Year, Easter, and Public Holidays, please allow extra time for delivery.
