   You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. State of Return
   To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are worn, damaged, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted.
3. Reason for Return
   You may return items if:

• The product is damaged upon arrival.
• You received the wrong product.
• You are not satisfied with your purchase.

4. Process for Return
   To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at saltydaysshop@outlook.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to return the item.
5. Process of Refund
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
